I have worked for versa gripps for a little over a year now and I absolutely love my job here. They are very family oriented and they are completely understanding when you having something going on with a family member that your family comes first. They are very understanding. They always tell there employees that there doing a good job and give praise. Where else do employers say that to there employees. If your looking for a job like that then this is the place for you.
Versa Gripps is such an amazing company to work for. I started out doing my internship here for school and I didn't want to leave. They kept me on full time and continued to train me and help expand my knowledge within their company. There are so many aspects to learn and they are willing to help you in any way.

I have had nothing but an exceptional experience with Power Gripps USA from product to customer service. I received a pair of Versa Gripps a gift and given the volume and depth of training I do, the stitching started to come undone, not to the point of un-use, but it bothered me to train with them knowing that they would continue to rip over time. I contacted customer service and they immediately got back to me and sent me a free shipping slip to send them to the manufacturer. Within a week, I followed up and they said that they had repaired them and would be sending back shortly. Thankfully so - I had been using regular straps for the time being and severely missing the ease of use and quality of my Versa Gripps. There is really nothing like them.
Big shout out to the customer service rep I corresponded with throughout the entire process. Her name is Aleena and she was beyond helpful, speedy and very customer centric! This is a rarity these days as many organizations whom produce even the best products lack in this area.
